Full stack
Senior Full-Stack Developer in Lahore
I am a senior full-stack developer in Lahore, Pakistan. The job, as I practice it, is the whole path: the tables, the API, the screen a person actually uses, and the deploy that makes the next release dull. I have done that for US product companies for eight years, in Laravel and in Node, with React and Next.js on the front. This page is the overview. The specialist pages go deeper on each layer.
What I build
Full stack here means I can be the engineer who decides the boundary and then implements both sides, or the lead who keeps a small team from splitting the product into two incompatible stories. I have been the second of those. At SL Tech I lead real estate platforms and a group of senior engineers. Before that I was lead at Comlink, where the product was a multi-tenant SaaS CRM tested on 50,000+ customers. Earlier, at ArhamSoft, I owned Tour27 end to end and built backend services for TheCareMD.
The products are operational, not campaign microsites. Listing platforms, travel search, telemedicine workflows, a tailoring business system used by 500+ shops. They need auth that matches the org chart, background jobs, and an interface that does not hide errors. They also need someone who will say when a feature belongs in the API and when it is only a screen. I write both, so that argument stays concrete.
Lahore is the location, not a limitation I paper over. I work remotely with US teams. The overlap is US East Coast mornings, mapped onto the Pakistan evening. You get a senior engineer in that window, plus the rest of my day for the build itself. You do not get an on-site contractor, and I will not pretend otherwise.
Relevant projects
Three case studies carry the full-stack claim. REConnect is the platform I lead now: Laravel, React, MLS sync, and a support chatbot, used by 15,000+ agents. Tour27 is the product I owned from data model to Next.js pages. Brown Harris Stevens is agent and client tools for a New York brokerage, where the work was services and UI together. Read those before you hire me on a slogan. They are specific, and they are the standard I expect you to hold me to.
- REConnect case studyLaravel, React, and a production support chatbot for 15,000+ agents.
- Tour27 case studyNestJS and Next.js travel platform, owned end to end.
- Brown Harris Stevens case studyAgent and client tools for a New York luxury brokerage.
Stack
The stack I actually ship is PHP and Laravel, JavaScript and TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS, React and Next.js, then MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Delivery is Docker, AWS, and CI you can rerun. Kubernetes joins when the company already runs it. GoHighLevel shows up when the client is an agency that lives in that CRM and needs a real integration, not another snapshot. AI shows up when there is a job for it, as on REConnect, where agents and an MCP server take support tickets. I do not lead with a tool that is not in the product.
- Laravel and Node.js or NestJS for the API
- React and Next.js for the product UI
- MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes when it is already the platform
- GoHighLevel integrations and production AI when the product needs them
Process
Full-stack projects fail when the API and the UI are planned in separate documents that never meet. I write one slice that includes both: a user, a request, a stored result, a screen. That slice is the first delivery. After it is real, we add the next slice. You see staging every week, with notes a non-engineer can read.
The clock: Lahore, UTC+5, overlapping US East Coast mornings. Send the hard question at the start of your day. I reply to first contact within one business day, and I keep the weekly note even when the news is that something slipped.
Pricing and engagement
I work as a senior individual contributor or as a lead on a small team. Fixed scope fits a defined product slice. A retainer fits a platform that will still be changing in six months. Rates depend on which of those you need, so I do not publish one number that would be wrong for half the inquiries. Email aamirallidev@gmail.com or use the homepage contact section. Tell me the product, the stack you already have, and the date that matters. Remote from Lahore only.
FAQ
Are you a frontend developer who also touches the API, or the reverse?
I started in PHP and Laravel and I still spend real time there. I also ship Node, NestJS, React, and Next.js. On a full-stack engagement I am accountable for both sides of the slice we agreed.
Do you work with US companies from Lahore?
Yes. My recent roles have been remote for US teams. I overlap US East Coast mornings from Pakistan (UTC+5).
Can you lead other developers?
Yes. I currently lead a team of senior engineers at SL Tech, and I have led teams in earlier roles. I still write code on those engagements.
What should I send so you can tell me if you are a fit?
The product in a few sentences, the stack, what is breaking or missing, and the date you care about. Email aamirallidev@gmail.com. I typically reply within one business day.
Do you relocate?
No. The engagement is remote from Lahore, Pakistan, with scheduled overlap for US East Coast mornings.
